Welcome to Kite Communication Coaching. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). Kite Communication Coaching provides coaching and training services designed to enhance communication skills. The specific services we offer are detailed on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Appointments and Payments

• Booking Consultations: Consultations can be booked through our website.

• Appointments: All coaching sessions must be scheduled directly with Julian Stolzenberg.

• Payments: Payments for coaching services must be made in advance through the provided payment methods. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Cancellations: Consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will incur a cancellation fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to participate fully in their coaching sessions and complete any tasks or exercises assigned by their coach. Results from coaching sessions can vary, and success is dependent on the client’s commitment and effort.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our clients. All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the coaching sessions, including but not limited to documents, presentations, and exercises, are the intellectual property of Kite Communication Coaching. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for their personal development only. Redistribution or reproduction of these materials is prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kite Communication Coaching will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of our services.

8. Changes to the Terms of Service

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and you are advised to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
